The Commercial Imaging Group was formed last November when the company announced a new operating model and a realignment of key businesses into groups. The new product- and market-focused model creates a simpler and lower-cost structure, and aligns natural teams for addressing customer needs. "These changes will create the foundation for growth," said Marchetto. "We will manage our strategic product group to drive customer focus and increased value to the markets we serve. This is how the company must be positioned to better serve our customers and achieve profitable growth in an increasingly competitive environment."
