Travel Expenses:
Recommend that out-of-town students receive:
Reimbursement for travel expenses incurred to and from the location of the internship position (Rochester, NY, Ft. Wayne, IN, Vienna, VA or Clifton, NJ).
Assistance with Locating Housing:
We will offer assistance in locating housing for the time that the intern is working at ITT.
Mentoring:
The hiring department will be required to assign a mentor to a student entering their department through the Profession Internship Program. This will help to enhance the program for the student and make it a more enriching experience.

Requirements of The Professional Internship Program:
Students must work a minimum of a 10-week work block, but not in excess of a nine-month work-block.
Student must have completed their freshman year and be enrolled in a full-time degree program. If student has been granted a Bachelor's degree, then that graduate must be enrolled in a Masters program and intending to start that program within nine months.
Student must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 (based on a 4.0 scale).
Student must be a U.S. citizen.
A drug screen and undergoing a background investigation are conditions of employment.
