Retiree Health Coverage These are some of the highlights:  Upon retirement, employees who have met certain age and service requirements may participate in the ITT Industries Salaried Retiree Health plans in accordance with the terms of the plans as modified from time to time. The retiree pays the full cost of this coverage.
