Medical and Dental Plans
These are some of the highlights:
 There are 2 PPO options (Basic PPO and Enhanced PPO) that provide comprehensive health care benefits, with discounted fees when you use in-network providers. The EPO option requires that you use network providers. Your coverage is through the ITT Industries Salaried Medical Plan for medical coverage and the ITT Industries Salaried Dental Plan for dental coverage.
The Medical Plan includes a retail prescription drug card and mail-order prescription drug program through MedcoHealth.
You can elect coverage for your eligible dependents.
You share a portion of the cost of coverage with ITT. Your contributions are deducted from your paycheck on a before-tax basis.
