Life Plus Program
These are some of the highlights:
 The program is an individual insurance program made available to you by ITT.
This program is completely optional, and provides "portable" life insurance you can take with you if you leave ITT and have participated in the program for at least two years.
You can choose coverage for yourself from ½ to 8 times your annual base salary up to $5,000,000.
You can choose coverage for your spouse in $10,000 increments up to $100,000 or additional offers of $150,000, $200,000 or $250,000 and for your children at $5,000 or $10,000 per child.
You can build up savings in a "cash accumulation account."
