Life Insurance Plan These are some of the highlights:  Your coverage is equal to one times your annual base pay, rounded to the next higher $1,000 if not already an even $1,000 multiple. ITT pays the full cost of coverage. Your coverage automatically includes AD&D (Accidental Death and Dismemberment) coverage, also equal to one times your annual base pay to a maximum of $120,000.
