Long Term Care Insurance Plan
These are some of the highlights:
 You can elect to be covered under the Long Term Care (LTC) Plan for you, your spouse, your parents or your parents-in-law.
The LTC Plan offers protection against costly long-term care expenses, if the covered person becomes disabled under the Plan criteria.
The Plan reimburses covered expenses for professional qualified long-term care services such as skilled and custodial level care in a licensed nursing facility, personal care at home by a licensed nurse or home health aide.
You can elect from 5 different benefit levels.
Employees pay the full cost of the Plan for themselves and their spouses through payroll deductions.
Parents and parents-in-law are billed directly by the insurance company, John Hancock.
