LOCATIONS With headquarters in Rochester, New York, Space Systems has locations throughout the U.S. including Boulder, CO., Clifton, NJ., Ft. Wayne, IN., and Washington, DC. ACQUISITION On August 13, 2004, ITT, Inc. (NYSE: ITT) announced that it purchased Eastman Kodak Company's Remote Sensing Systems operation to further grow their space business. ITT provides the resources to expand on RSS' capabilities in key markets.
