WorldView-2 First Images
Just 11 days after launch, DigitalGlobe unveiled the first high-resolution images created by the ITT-built imaging system aboard its WorldView-2 satellite. The world's first eight-band, multi-spectral commercial satellite captured the high-res images over Texas on October 19, 2009.
